pewag austro super is produced in different link diameters (4.5, 5.6 and 7 mm) from TitanGrip^® steel depending on the chain size. Side hooks are used to link the chain mesh with the side chains for the smaller material diameters (4.5 and 5.6 mm). pewag relies on welded rings to connect the chain mesh to the side chain for the 7 mm version to cope with the demands of larger vehicles and tires. This additional feature makes the chain even more reliable for use on larger vehicles and tires.
