Type RD

Round steel chain HE / Profile steel chain HEP

Grade 80

Case-hardened chain with min. 620 HV surface hardness, 6% case-depth and 5% minimum breaking elongation. Higher wear resistance than RDS type, for use in particularly hard-wearingconditions. Use in foundries and dirty environments where wet lubrication of the chain is not possible.
